According to the official announcement of the Consulate General of Greece in Moscow, all individuals entering Greece (having been vaccinated or not), including children from 5 years old and above, before boarding, must present a negative molecular COVID-19 (using the PCR method) test result in Russian or in English language, which must be carried out in a medical laboratory, has been performed within the last 72 hours prior to arrival to Greece and contains the passenger’s name, surname and travel document number (passport number),or they must present a negative rapid test result in Russian or in English language, which has been performed within the last 24 hours prior to arrival to Greece and contains the passenger’s name, surname and travel document (passport number). Additionally, travellers may fill out a simplified Passenger Locator Form (PLF) online within the last 48 hours before entering the country. For more information regarding the PLF please click here. Travelers must also undergo another test (using the PCR method or a rapid test) upon their arrival in Greece.
Furthermore, the below documents should be submitted before boarding:
- hotel reservation (or other relevant documents confirming the place of temporary residence in Greece);
- confirmation of permanent residence in Belarus (for those who do not have Belarusian passports);
- a return ticket and
- travel insurance.
Kindly be informed that the Greece Visa Application Center in Minsk has resumed operations only accepting applicants that have booked an appointment online. You should book your appointment here. You can also book an appointment by sending an email at email@example.com along with your name and surname. Following guidelines and best practices recommended by health and governmental authorities, in order to minimize any extra health related risks, applicants are required to avail of the courier service for the return of their passport.
As operations at the Greece Visa Application Center in Minsk have been resumed, you are kindly asked to adhere to the highest standards of health and safety based on the recommendations of the World Health Organization and local health authorities: you will need to self-disclose COVID-19 symptoms, to undergo temperature screening at the entrance of the VAC using non-contact equipment, to wear appropriate mask and gloves. You will be checked contactless by the security service of the VAC.
In case you have any symptoms of COVID-19, please, DO NOT visit our VAC until you recover. Applicants without mask and gloves and applicants with a temperature rise above 37 degrees will not be allowed to enter the premises. As the VAC cannot be crowded, you may be asked to wait outside the VAC. While waiting inside, please keep social distance of 2 meters.
