Travel Agents

Travel agencies, which submit their applications in regions that are under Moscow jurisdiction, are required to pass through the accreditation process at the Embassy of Greece in Moscow- Consular Section. All documents originating from Belarus, shall be submitted at the Visa Application Center for Greece in Moscow, since the forementioned country is under Moscow jurisdiction. If a company has several regional offices throughout Belarus, the accreditation process can be performed only once by the Headquarters of the company. However, during the accreditation process the list of all regional offices should be provided. The documents are reviewed at the Embassy of Greece in Moscow - Consular Section without the presence of a representative of the travel agency, but the Embassy of Greece in Moscow reserves the right, if necessary, to call a representative of the travel agency for an interview. The consultation is conducted by phone: +7 495 539 38 47 from Monday until Friday.

Please, pay attention that accreditation for the period 2026-2027 is required not only for Travel Agencies but for Sea Agencies as well. Please see the list of necessary documents below.

In order that Embassy of Greece in Moscow - Consular Section could reply to all such queries sent on the above mail in a prompt and efficient way, Accredited Belarus Travel Agencies are requested to use this email only in case of extraordinary issues which must be resolved urgently.
